Polk Stanley - Little Rock, AR

The 154,000 square-foot construction project is spearheaded by the Arkansas-based firm Polk Stanley Wilcox. The design encompasses four stories and will incorporate learning halls, a public gallery, a library, clinical teaching facilities, administrative offices, a student lounge, a theater, recreational and wellness spaces, along with underground parking and a visitor parking area at the entry level.

The Museum's distinctive roof, a gracefully folded plate concrete design that extends to the north and south, is now finished. This new roofline stretches across the newly constructed 133,000-square-foot facility, linking both new and renovated areas to create AMFA's unique architectural identity.

Williams Architect - Itasca, IL

A state-of-the-art multi-feature facility. The new Glenwood Pool includes a 6-lane (25 yard) pool, a diving pool, an activity pool with a zero-entry edge, a wading pool, a plunge pool, waterslides, and two 1M diving boards. Additionally, a newly constructed bathhouse features men's and women's locker rooms, family changing areas, and a vending/concession deck to ensure fun for visitors of all ages.

Polk Stanley - Little Rock, AR

The modern design of the new Bank OZK Headquarters reflects the bank's swift national growth while being rooted in its location. It features two main office structures connected by a five-story atrium, topped with an expansive roof that echoes the site's gently rolling hills and mountainous backdrops. This atrium serves as a vertical hub for collaboration and visually connects two unique green areas. Unlike the standard expanse of parking lots, offices and workspaces are set against a park-like environment, with the majority of parking discreetly placed beneath the building, fostering public interaction through a creatively designed landscape.

Kengo Kuma Architects - Tokyo

The 27-story Harwood No. 14 office building, located just north of downtown Dallas, is the tallest in the Harwood District, boasting a nature-inspired design that seamlessly integrates outdoor spaces and natural light throughout its 727,000 square feet. The building's unique features include a rooftop garden surrounded by mature live oak trees, a 17,000-square-foot Sky Garden on the 12th level, and additional amenities like pocket balconies and a large outdoor terrace.

Kengo Kuma Architects - Tokyo

Hotel Swexen, a modern, mirrored skyscraper designed by Kengo Kuma, stands north of downtown Dallas. Despite its contemporary facade, the 22-story hotel houses unique interior features like antique mantels and vintage treasures. Rejecting conventional hotel design, each of the public bathrooms is distinct, as are the eight custom suites, offering guests a range of themed experiences, from a Japanese-inspired room with a private sauna to a French Parisian suite with natural limestone.

Corgan - Dallas, TX

A 1.1 million-square-foot campus situated on 70 acres in Circle T Ranch was designed to enhance the experience of 2,600 employees, featuring a central amenities building that fosters connections among staff. The facility includes a spacious multi-purpose room for all-hands meetings and presentations, as well as training rooms, virtual classrooms, a coffee bar, a café, dining areas, and locker rooms.

HKS – Dallas, TX

A mental health facility is set to be positioned at the intersection of Medical District Drive and Harry Hines Boulevard, in close proximity to Zale Lipshy Pavilion – William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, Children’s Medical Center Dallas, and Parkland Memorial Hospital. The facility will feature 200 beds for adults and an additional 96-bed wing for pediatric patients.

Perkins & Will - Chicago, IL

14-story 830,000 square foot hospital building has 304 private adult and critical care beds on the top five floors. Rush has a total 664 beds in operation in its new and existing facilities. 

HKM - Arlington Heights, IL

Lutheran Home, located in Arlington Heights, IL, is a nursing facility with 354 certified beds that offers assisted living and memory care services for residents suffering from Alzheimer's and other types of dementia.

Originally an iconic mid-century office building, the Four Seasons New Orleans Hotel and Private Residences has been transformed into a lavish hotel and residential complex featuring 341 guest rooms, 81 condominiums, and 11 penthouses. This 33-story historic waterfront skyscraper is listed on the National Historic Register and has been recognized by the Louisiana Landmarks Society for Excellence in Historic Preservation.
